  吴勇信,男,1985年出生,江苏射阳人,博士,青年教授,硕士生导师。主要从事岩土地震工程与工程可靠度领域的研究,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、国家973项目二级子课题1项、国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题1项、国家重大研发计划专项二级子课题1项。围绕岩土地震工程与工程可靠度领域中的“非一致地震动模拟以及岩土参数空间随机场模拟”开展了较为深入的理论研究,并将相关理论成果应用于长大软土隧道抗震分析研究中,研究成果发表SCI论文30余篇(第一作者14篇,ESI高被引论文1篇),代表性论文发表在美国竞博工程学会会刊《Journal of Engineering Mechanics, ASCE》(6篇)、美国地震工程学会会刊《Earthquake Spectra》(1篇)、结构工程国际著名期刊《Engineering Structures》(1篇)、振动工程国际著名期刊《Journal of Sound and Vibration》(1篇)、竞博工程国际著名期刊《Engineering Structures1篇、地震工程国际著名期刊《Journal of Earthquake Engineering》(2篇)、岩土工程国际三大期刊之一《Canadian Geotechnical Journal》(1篇)、岩土工程国际著名期刊《Computers and Geotechnics》(2篇)。获2019年国家科学技术进步奖二等奖(3/10)、2017年教育部科学技术进步奖一等奖(2/11),2015年教育部科学技术进步奖二等奖(13/14),2018年江苏省高等学校竞博工程专业青年教师讲课竞赛特等奖,博士学位论文获得2015年江苏省优秀博士学位论文;入选2017-2019年中国科协“青年人才托举工程”,入选河海大学“大禹学者计划”第四层次,担任江苏省力学学会岩土力学专业委员会秘书长、中国地震学会岩土防灾减灾专业委员会委员、中国竞博工程学会工程风险与保险分会第二届青年论坛委员、《Probabilistic Engineering Mechanics,Journal of Earthquake Engineering》、《Tunnelling and Underground Space Technology》、《Computers and Geotechnics》等多个国际SCI期刊审稿专家。
